Insights into professional media communication
A playground for studio technology nerds in the centre of Munich
With our new green screen studio, a well-coordinated team and large network of media and film professionals, we at mbw are positioned as a full-service provider for multidimensional media work.
While the LGAD Association Day is taking place on the first floor of the hbw ConferenceCentre, we are recording the latest webcast of the Roman Herzog Institute in the TV studio on the third floor. Meanwhile, in our offices, the team is preparing a media training course and next door in the edit suite, the new image film of the hbw | Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft is being edited. We at mbw Medienberatung der Wirtschaft GmbH advise, create, organize and implement. We plan and accompany events for companies and organizations – for diverse target groups, in (almost) all sizes and above all, in every conceivable media setting. Ours ervices range from face-to-face meetings that are streamed on a variety of digital devices.
Our portfolio includes not only consulting on all conceptual and organizational issues, but also everything that is relevant in the context of media production and technology. For example, we also produce audio formats and films in our in-house TV studio and offer media and communication training. We not only provide media support for every event, but can also prepare and follow up. The stage for all events is our state-of-the-art hbw ConferenceCentre in the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft.
Streaming expertise
Over the past 35 years, we have grown into a leading service provider for the professional streaming of events. Because one thing is certain: if the goal of the event is to gain more reach and more participants, streaming is the method of choice. The advantages are obvious, as not only the physical distances can be avoided. Speakers or guests who cannot be on site can simply be connected to meetings and conferences, while digital presentations or training courses bring products directly to offices all over the world.
If the goal of the event is to reach more participants, streaming is the method of choice.
Everything from a single source
Our studio and event rooms are easily accessible in the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in the centre of Munich. Every area, from the meeting room to the conference hall, is equipped with the latest transmission technology, allowing any event to be held both in person and virtually. In house catering is also available.
Conference, hybrid press conference or virtual general meeting, product presentation or panel discussion, webinar or video conference – every event is prepared, supervised and implemented by our team.
”Playground for studio technology nerds“
Our centerpieces are a TV studio and a green screen studio equipped with all the technical finesse. The TV studio can be used flexibly for various purposes, e.g. for recording or streaming interviews and talk shows, webcasts or product presentation. Several camera trains, teleprompters and green or blue box technology enable a variety of settings. The studio's control room is also connected to all event rooms allowing recording and control from here.
With our green screen studio at hbw, a adventure playground for studio technology nerds was created. Here, the recorded content or people can be edited into any background with just a view mouse clicks. For example, the studio can be set in the customers CI in no time at all or managers can be ”beamed“ to different locations for their speeches.
Classic film productions included
Our portfolio has always also has classic film productions included for many years: Image clips, corporate or product films, industrial or explanatory videos for organizations and companies. Our experienced team is able to confidently implement individual custormer wishes, both in the studio and at the customer's requested location. From planing and conception to shooting and editing to sound recording and mastering – we offer expertise across all phases of production.
Media training possible
The equipment suggests that our technical infrastructure can also be used for media and communication training. For example, moderation coaching or camera training can be carried out in the TV studio and recorded for later analysis. We have access to a large pool of trainers – experienced media professionals and journalists with a wide range of specializations and experience.
Teamwork and network
The most important resource, however, is and reamains the people. Numerous experienced professionals from a wide range of departments work on our projects. Our team includes studio technicians, creative filmmakers, audio editors, communication trainers and a strong event management department. In addition, both in-house synergies and the industry network that has grown over 35 years are used whenever possible.
