mbw's 4-i-Model links together the four core areas of personal branding – identity, interest, individual stage management and interaction. This model is the basis of our training concepts. Before we begin to build skills and practice in front of the camera, we take a close look at your identity and ask the questions: Who am I? Who do I want to be? Based on this, we develop with you individual strategies that use your strengths to gain attention, present content interestingly and be persuasive in interactions. We work systematically with you to prepare the way for your self-marketing. We build your ability to position yourself authentically as a person and a company in the awareness of your target group.
